4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
5. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles for children.
6. Meet sales goals by actively promoting and suggesting additional items to customers.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s point-of-sale system.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

11. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
12. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and completing inventory checks as needed.
13. Proactively seek out ways to improve the overall customer experience.
14. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
15. Act as a brand ambassador by representing The Children's Place in a positive manner.
