- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and maximize results.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to gather and analyze data on consumer behavior and market trends.
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and strategies to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate marketing performance.
- Work with external vendors and agencies to leverage their expertise and resources for marketing insights and optimization.
- Train and mentor team members on data-driven marketing techniques and best practices.
- Identify and explore new data sources and tools to enhance marketing insights and strategies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, target audience, and brand image to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns and promotions.
- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and budget, and provide regular updates and recommendations to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Market Research Or Data Analysis, Preferably In The Retail Industry
Proficiency In Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar Platforms
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends
Experience With A/B Testing And Optimizing Marketing Strategies Based On Data Insights
