Kronos Analyst

The Children's Place is looking for an experienced Kronos Analyst to join our HR Department! If you have an eye for detail and a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes, then this is the role for you! As our Kronos Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Kronos system. We’re looking for someone with a background in HR, payroll, and/or accounting and experience with Kronos systems and processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. As the Kronos Analyst at The Children's Place, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and maintaining the Kronos system in the HR Department.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the Kronos system.
3. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the system.
4. Developing and implementing Kronos system updates.
5. Assisting with the development and maintenance of Kronos system-related policies and procedures.
6. Analyzing and providing insights on Kronos data to support HR and payroll processes.
7. Developing and maintaining relationships with Kronos vendors.
8. Assisting with training and onboarding of new employees on the Kronos system.
9. Providing technical support to end-users.
10. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality with regard to employee information.
