Kronos Analyst

The Children's Place is seeking an experienced, motivated Kronos Analyst to join our team and help drive our organization forward. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and report on data within the Kronos system.
2. Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Develop, manage, and maintain Kronos system processes and procedures.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos.
5. Train and mentor new Kronos users on system functionality.
6. Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
7. Develop and maintain detailed documentation on Kronos system operations.
8. Monitor and analyze Kronos system performance and utilize data to improve system efficiency.
9. Generate reports on system usage and performance.
10. Stay current on best practices and industry trends related to Kronos.
