- Develop and maintain the company's ecommerce platform, including all CMS (Content Management System) related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements to the ecommerce platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the ecommerce platform, ensuring minimal disruption to customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and CMS development, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the ecommerce platform is optimized for conversions and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of the ecommerce platform, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and support other team members on the use and maintenance of the ecommerce platform.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to integrate new solutions and services into the ecommerce platform.
- Continuously test and improve the functionality and user experience of the ecommerce platform.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Ecommerce, Or Cms Engineering.
Strong Knowledge Of Ecommerce Platforms And Content Management Systems, Such As Magento, Shopify, Or Wordpress.
Experience With Devops Principles And Tools, Including Git, Jenkins, And Docker.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment.
