Job Description

The Children's Place is looking for a passionate, experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering detailed financial plans and analyses to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a related field, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to think strategically. If you have a passion for financial planning and analysis and want to be a part of an energetic, fast-paced team, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial plans and analyses to support The Children's Place's business goals.
  2. Monitor the organization's financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
  3. Analyze financial data and make recommendations to management on cost savings and revenue opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
  5. Work with the team to ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  6. Monitor the organization's budget to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
  7. Prepare regular financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  8. Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth financial operations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial plans are executed effectively.
