Job Description

The Children's Place is looking for an experienced Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. We need a professional, reliable, and diligent individual who will lead our Loss Prevention initiatives and ensure the safety of our customers, products, and team members. As a Field Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for conducting investigations, training employees, and monitoring risk management compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as a minimum of five years of previous experience in a Loss Prevention role. Responsibilities of a Field Loss Prevention Manager:

-Develop and implement Loss Prevention policies and procedures for The Children's Place -Conduct investigations into potential incidents of theft or fraud -Train store teams on Loss Prevention policies and procedures -Monitor store risk management compliance -Monitor customer and employee safety -Identify and implement strategies to reduce losses -Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies -Investigate suspicious activity and report findings -Perform security audits of store operations -Identify and address any security and safety risks -Provide guidance and support to store teams in all security-related matters.
