
Field Loss Prevention Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Field Loss Prevention Manager to join The Children's Place team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a loss prevention program that ensures the security of our stores, employees, and customers. You will also work with our corporate team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain strong relationships with our vendors and partners.To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You must also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in loss prevention, retail security, or a related field. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of retail operations, security protocols, and loss prevention strategies.If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive loss prevention program that meets the needs of our stores, employees, and customers.
- Monitor security and safety compliance within stores and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure efficient operations.
- Investigate and resolve internal and external security issues and incidents.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Provide training and guidance to store personnel on loss prevention and security protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce and prevent losses.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential security threats.
- Respond to emergency situations and help coordinate security operations.
- Provide reports to management on the status of loss prevention and security operations.
