
Field Loss Prevention Manager
The Children's Place is looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. They should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, and a thorough understanding of the legal requirements and regulations associated with loss prevention. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies, policies, and procedures to reduce shrinkage across the organization.
- Monitor loss prevention trends and recommend preventative measures to address issues.
- Train and mentor loss prevention personnel in the principles and practices of loss prevention.
- Conduct investigations into suspicious activities and report findings to senior management.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security threats and other suspicious activities.
- Gather data and analyze information to identify areas of improvement.
- Work with the retail operations team to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Implement and maintain security protocols for the store.
