Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies, policies, and procedures to reduce shrinkage across the organization.
2. Monitor loss prevention trends and recommend preventative measures to address issues.
3. Train and mentor loss prevention personnel in the principles and practices of loss prevention.
4. Conduct investigations into suspicious activities and report findings to senior management.
5. Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security threats and other suspicious activities.
6. Gather data and analyze information to identify areas of improvement.
7. Work with the retail operations team to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
10. Implement and maintain security protocols for the store.
