
Field Loss Prevention Manager
As the Field Loss Prevention Manager at The Children's Place, you will be an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for ensuring store compliance with company policies and procedures to minimize loss. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is driven to succeed and has a desire to positively impact the organization.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Loss Prevention or Risk Management role, preferably in the retail sector. You will have a strong understanding of Loss Prevention and Risk Management strategies, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure. You must also have the ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor store compliance with company policies and procedures to minimize loss.
- Implement and manage Loss Prevention and Risk Management strategies.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
- Travel up to 50% of the time for store visits and investigations.
- Train and educate store personnel on Loss Prevention and Risk Management procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Loss Prevention team.
- Investigate and resolve any losses or discrepancies.
- Conduct Loss Prevention audits of stores on a regular basis.
- Monitor and evaluate security systems and procedures.
