
Field Loss Prevention Manager

You will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our policies and procedures to protect the safety and security of our customers and associates.The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for loss prevention. You must have experience in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage, while ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of loss prevention experience in the retail industry, preferably in a multi-site environment. You must also have a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business or a related field and be knowledgeable of the laws and regulations applicable to retail operations. Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies and procedures to reduce shrinkage and protect the safety and security of customers and associates.
- Monitor the compliance of stores with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide operational assistance to store and district managers.
- Investigate and document incidents of theft or fraud.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loss prevention techniques and technology.
- Develop and implement training programs for store and district managers.
- Evaluate and monitor store security systems.
- Travel up to 75% of the time to visit store locations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on store performance and loss prevention activities.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and associates.
