Field Loss Prevention Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel to multiple store locations and develop relationships with store teams while implementing loss prevention strategies.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of retail loss prevention experience. You must have strong communication and organizational skills and a passion for developing and executing loss prevention initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies at multiple store locations.
2. Establish relationships with store teams and provide training on loss prevention initiatives.
3. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.
4. Investigate incidents of suspected theft or fraud and prepare detailed incident reports.
5. Identify potential security risks and develop plans to address them.
6. Travel up to 75% of the time to various store locations.
7. Maintain accurate records and audit reports.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement.
9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
