
Field Loss Prevention Manager
At The Children’s Place, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong commitment to customer service excellence and a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.The Field Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for executing and upholding all Loss Prevention initiatives, policies, and procedures throughout the company’s stores and distribution centers. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the retail Loss Prevention or Security field. They should have superior leadership and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, as well as a working knowledge of LP systems, is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Loss Prevention and Security policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all company stores and distribution centers comply with Loss Prevention and Security best practices.
- Educate and mentor store and distribution center personnel on Loss Prevention and Security practices.
- Analyze Loss Prevention and Security data to identify trends and solutions for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve Loss Prevention and Security incidents.
- Collaborate with store and distribution center management to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Security policies and procedures.
- Monitor and review store and distribution center Loss Prevention and Security programs.
- Develop and implement Loss Prevention and Security awareness programs.
- Stay up to date with Loss Prevention and Security trends and technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed reports for Loss Prevention and Security incidents.
