
Field Loss Prevention Manager
At The Children's Place, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for achieving results in an ever-changing retail environment. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to quality and integrity. The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail loss prevention or security, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a commitment to developing and implementing best practices in a customer-centric manner. This individual will be a team player who can work independently, and make sound decisions in the face of challenging situations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices in a customer-centric manner
- Monitor compliance with retail loss prevention and security policies
- Lead and motivate a team of Loss Prevention professionals
- Monitor and analyze data to identify potential areas of improvement
- Collaborate with store management to address recurring issues
- Respond to incidents and investigate potential violations
- Train and educate employees on loss prevention and security policies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of field loss prevention activities
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce losses and shrinkage
- Utilize technology to enhance loss prevention operations
