
Field Loss Prevention Manager
The Children's Place is looking for a professional and experienced Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and resolving risks associated with store operations while maintaining the highest standards of loss prevention. We are seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and investigate all store operations to identify potential risks and losses.
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce risk and shrinkage.
- Train store staff on loss prevention procedures and policies.
- Ensure store compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Conduct investigations of internal and external theft cases.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Work closely with store management to ensure effective implementation of loss prevention initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners.
- Monitor loss prevention systems and equipment to ensure effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on loss prevention performance and progress.
