
Field Loss Prevention Manager
The Children's Place is seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our team! We are looking for an individual who has a passion for developing and executing loss prevention initiatives to ensure the safety, security, and profitability of our stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail loss prevention and be able to work collaboratively with our regional and district teams.The Field Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for managing store auditing programs, conducting store visits to evaluate loss prevention procedures, and providing guidance and training to store personnel on effective loss prevention techniques. Additionally, this role will require developing and implementing audit plans and conducting investigations into any suspicious activity or losses.Qualifications for this role include:• 5+ years of retail loss prevention experience• Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field• Proven success in developing and implementing loss prevention initiatives• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a passion for loss prevention, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce losses in stores.
- Develop and execute audit plans to monitor and evaluate store operations.
- Conduct investigations into any suspicious activity or losses.
- Monitor and review store security systems and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to store personnel on effective loss prevention techniques.
- Work collaboratively with regional and district teams on loss prevention initiatives.
- Prepare reports and recommend changes to loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain store audit programs.
- Respond to incidents of theft or fraud in a timely manner.
