
Field Loss Prevention Manager
At The Children's Place, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our Loss Prevention team! The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong leader who is adept at managing teams and leading by example.The Field Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring loss prevention procedures and processes across all of our retail stores. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a proven track record of successfully managing loss prevention activities. The Field Loss Prevention Manager will ensure that the most effective and efficient loss prevention measures are in place in all our stores.The ideal candidate will possess the following required qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss prevention management• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage loss prevention procedures and processes• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lead and motivate teams• Knowledge of retail security systems and technology• Bachelor's degree in a related fieldIf you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor loss prevention procedures and processes across all retail stores.
- Lead and motivate teams to ensure the most effective and efficient loss prevention measures are in place.
- Communicate with store managers and personnel to ensure loss prevention goals are achieved.
- Maintain knowledge of retail security systems and technology.
- Investigate and respond to incidents of theft in stores.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other agencies.
- Train store personnel on loss prevention procedures and protocols.
- Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Monitor store video surveillance and loss prevention systems.
- Analyze data and develop reports on losses and trends.
