  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution center operations and increase efficiency.
  2. Supervise and manage a team of distribution center employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise to stores.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to stores.
  6. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  7. Identify and resolve operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions, staffing challenges, and inventory discrepancies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including carriers and vendors.
  9. Create and maintain operational procedures and policies to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on distribution center performance and initiatives.
  11. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the planning team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  12. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Manage and track distribution center expenses, working to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in distribution operations, implementing new strategies as needed.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the distribution center team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Operations, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems And Inventory Control Processes.

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Efficient Distribution Processes To Meet Company Goals And Objectives.
