- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all facilities are properly maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and address them promptly.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing direction, training, and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to schedule maintenance and repairs without disrupting daily operations.
