  1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all distribution facilities to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all facilities are properly maintained.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and address them promptly.
  4. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing direction, training, and guidance as needed.
  5. Coordinate with other departments and teams to schedule maintenance and repairs without disrupting daily operations.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for facility maintenance.
  7. Create and manage budgets for facility maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company guidelines.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recommend improvements to enhance facility maintenance processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies relating to facility maintenance.
  10. Collaborate with upper management to identify and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs in facility maintenance.
