- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of The Children's Place products, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Use active listening skills to empathize with customers and understand their needs in order to provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any other issues that may arise.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our customer management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or escalated customer issues.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
