- Develop and execute innovative customer relationship management strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Utilize CRM principles and tools to analyze customer data and behavior, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
- Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to target and personalize marketing efforts.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Crm Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Industry
Strong Understanding Of Customer Segmentation, Database Management, And Campaign Analysis
Proficiency In Crm Software And Email Marketing Platforms, Such As Salesforce And Mailchimp
