Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Manager of Sales Audit Cash & Fraud to join The Children's Place team! In this position, you will be responsible for managing the sales audit, cash, and fraud processes and ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures related to these areas. You must have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for uncovering and preventing potential fraudulent activities. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a drive to always improve the team's processes. If you have the qualifications listed below and are looking for a great opportunity to grow your career with a leading children's apparel retailer, we'd love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field• 5+ years of retail operations, audit, or fraud experience• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills• Working knowledge of internal audit and fraud detection processes and procedures• Ability to analyze financial and operational data to identify irregularities and discrepancies• Excellent organizational and time management skills• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the sales audit, cash, and fraud processes to ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures.
  2. Uncover and prevent potential fraudulent activities.
  3. Analyze financial and operational data to identify irregularities and discrepancies.
  4. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of internal audit and fraud detection processes and procedures.
  5. Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  6. Provide guidance, training, and support to the team to ensure understanding of audit, cash, and fraud protocols.
  7. Monitor and report on audit progress and results.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all audit, cash, and fraud activities.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
