- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in managing inventory levels.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating store team members.
- Act as a role model for the store team, demonstrating excellent customer service and sales techniques.
- Assist in achieving store goals and objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall store experience for customers and team members.
Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes Experience In Managing Store Operations, Driving Sales, And Overseeing A Team Of Employees.
