Job Description

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. The Children's Place is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing programs, driving sales and brand awareness through strategic partnerships. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in affiliate marketing and a strong understanding of the retail industry.   1. Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive sales.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, including negotiating contracts and commission rates.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize and improve affiliate campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
  5. Identify new and innovative opportunities for affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and awareness.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to inform and improve affiliate marketing efforts.
  7. Train and educate internal teams on affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
  8. Create and manage budgets for affiliate marketing programs.
  9. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to track and communicate the success of affiliate campaigns.
  10. Monitor compliance of affiliate partners with company guidelines and policies.
  11. Communicate with affiliate partners to provide updates, address concerns, and foster strong relationships.
  12. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's affiliate program.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding in affiliate campaigns.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the affiliate program to meet company goals and objectives.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and affiliate partners, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Affiliate Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Techniques, Including Seo And Ppc.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Affiliate Partners.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience In Managing Budgets And Analyzing Kpis To Drive Growth And Roi For The Affiliate Program.
