  1. Develop and implement various programs and initiatives within Texas Tech University.

  18. Identify and address potential risks and obstacles to program success.
  19. Collaborate with other Program Managers to share best practices and resources.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Project Management, Or Higher Education Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Diverse Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Such As Faculty, Staff, And Students.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning, Implementing, And Evaluating Programs Or Initiatives.
