- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files and documents.
- Support the business department by facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and other departments.
- Manage and maintain financial records, budgeting, and reporting for the business department.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and projects related to the business department.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning for the business department.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and track departmental expenses and assist with cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform and improve business operations.
- Train and support new team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the business department leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Business Coordination Or Project Management.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
