
Assistant Director - Financial Well-being & Literacy (Red to Black)

- Develop and implement financial education and literacy programs for college students.
- Collaborate with other campus departments to promote and market financial wellness initiatives.
- Conduct individual and group financial counseling sessions for students.
- Create and maintain resources and materials on financial topics such as budgeting, saving, and debt management.
- Monitor and analyze student financial data to identify trends and develop targeted outreach efforts.
- Train and supervise student employees and volunteers involved in financial education and counseling.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and events related to financial well-being.
- Stay up-to-date on financial literacy best practices and trends in higher education.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to provide students with financial resources and opportunities.
- Serve as a resource for students seeking assistance with financial aid, scholarships, and financial planning.
- Actively promote the Red to Black program and its services to students, faculty, and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program effectiveness and student participation.
- Collaborate with other campus departments and professionals to address financial barriers to student success.
- Assist in the development and management of program budgets and fundraising efforts.
- Represent the Red to Black program at campus events and meetings as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Counseling, Coaching, Or Education.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Principles, Budgeting, And Debt Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team-Oriented Environment.
