Job Description

We at Texas State University are searching for an experienced Thermal Plant Operator to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for providing reliable and efficient service to the University and its students. The Thermal Plant Operator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the University's Thermal Plant. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of the principles of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a commitment to safety and environmental regulations. You should be an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
