  1. Coordinate and administer various exams for students at the Round Rock campus of Texas State University.
  2. Create a positive and efficient testing environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Ensure all testing procedures and protocols are followed accurately and consistently.
  4. Maintain accurate records of test scores and student information.
  5. Collaborate with faculty and staff to schedule and proctor exams according to university policies and procedures.
  6. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff regarding testing procedures and accommodations.
  7. Manage and maintain testing equipment and materials to ensure a smooth testing process.
  8. Stay updated on changes in testing procedures and requirements to ensure compliance and address any potential issues.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures and protocols.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff by addressing any concerns or issues related to testing.
  11. Train and supervise testing center staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality testing experience for students.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and offices to ensure a seamless testing experience for students.
  13. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in the field of testing and assessment.

  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive student information.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Education, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Testing Center Environment, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Students, Faculty, And Staff.

  • Knowledge Of Testing Procedures And Protocols, As Well As Experience With Administering And Proctoring Exams.
