Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Support Specialist to join the Texas State University team! As a key member of our IT department, the Systems Support Specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems and applications. You will collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure systems are performing optimally.To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of system architecture and experience working with Windows and Linux-based systems. Additionally, you should be highly organized and have an excellent problem-solving attitude.
