  1. Provide high-quality administrative support to various departments and staff members within the university.
  2. Manage and maintain the calendars of senior university officials, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  3. Coordinate and organize logistics for university events, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  4. Assist in the preparation and distribution of university communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
  5. Act as a liaison between university departments and external stakeholders, including students, parents, alumni, and community members.
  6. Maintain accurate records and files, including confidential information, in accordance with university policies.
  7. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Prepare and process various documents and forms, such as expense reports, purchase orders, and travel arrangements.
  9. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and staff members to ensure seamless operations and quality service delivery.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by university leadership.
  11. Stay informed on university policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to stakeholders.
  12. Train and supervise junior administrative assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional image of the university and its values at all times.
  15. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Applications, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
