  14. Keep inventory of equipment and maintain a supply of necessary parts and materials.
  15. Train and mentor new team members on equipment maintenance procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Plant And Equipment Maintenance: Candidates For This Position Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Plant And Equipment Systems, Including Electrical, Mechanical, And Hydraulic Systems.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Repair: A Successful Plant Mechanic Should Have Experience In Diagnosing And Solving Mechanical Problems In A Timely And Efficient Manner.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Ability To Read And Understand Complex Technical Manuals And Schematics To Identify And Fix Mechanical Issues.
