- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the office is running efficiently by implementing and maintaining organizational systems and procedures.
- Act as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to all visitors, students, and staff.
- Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, office policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Supervise and provide support to office staff, including training, delegating tasks, and evaluating performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the office.
- Serve as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in office management and implement them as appropriate.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment through effective conflict resolution, team-building activities, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
- Act as a role model for the office staff, demonstrating strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Office Management Or Administrative Support.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Familiarity With University Policies And Procedures, As Well As State And Federal Regulations.
