  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and serve as a role model for colleagues and program participants.
  16. Adhere to budgetary guidelines and seek additional funding opportunities to support program initiatives.
  17. Assist with marketing and promoting programs to increase community awareness and participation.
  18. Provide guidance and support to volunteers and program participants.
  19. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  20. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Agriculture, Or Community Development.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Program Development And Implementation, Preferably In An Extension Or Outreach Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Faculty, Staff, Community Members, And External Partners.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience In Delivering Educational Programs To Adult Audiences.

  • Experience With Budget Management, Grant Writing, And Report Writing To Secure And Manage Program Funding.
