- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Connect employers with talented students and alumni by proactively identifying and promoting job opportunities through various channels.
- Collaborate with university departments and career centers to develop and implement effective employer engagement strategies.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, job market demands, and employer needs to ensure the university is meeting the needs of our employer partners.
- Plan and coordinate career fairs, networking events, and other employer engagement activities to facilitate connections between employers and students/alumni.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employer interactions and job postings to ensure efficient and effective communication with all parties.
- Communicate and collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to educate employers on the resources and services offered by the university.
- Monitor and track employer satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve services and strengthen relationships.
- Stay informed on university policies and procedures related to recruiting and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Work closely with other university departments and career centers to promote employer engagement and recruitment opportunities to students and alumni.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract new employer partners and enhance the reputation of the university.
- Act as a liaison between employers and students/alumni to facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating campus visits.
- Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in employer relations, career services, and recruitment to continuously improve and innovate in the role.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes to enhance the employer experience and increase the success of employer-student/alumni connections.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr Or Employee Support Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Policies.
