  1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively engage and connect with the university's alumni community.
  2. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.
  3. Foster strong relationships with alumni and other stakeholders to increase engagement and support for the university.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the university to develop and implement integrated communication strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the university's mission, goals, and initiatives to effectively communicate them to alumni.
  6. Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure success and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Oversee the creation and distribution of various communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and event invitations.
  8. Plan and execute events and initiatives aimed at fostering relationships with alumni and promoting the university's advancement goals.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in alumni engagement and communication, and apply them to improve the university's efforts.
  10. Represent the university and its values in all communication efforts and interactions with alumni and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Communications, Marketing, Or Public Relations, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Communication Plans For Alumni And Advancement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders, Including Alumni, Donors, And University Leadership.
