- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively engage and connect with the university's alumni community.
- Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with alumni and other stakeholders to increase engagement and support for the university.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams within the university to develop and implement integrated communication strategies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the university's mission, goals, and initiatives to effectively communicate them to alumni.
- Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure success and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of various communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and event invitations.
- Plan and execute events and initiatives aimed at fostering relationships with alumni and promoting the university's advancement goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in alumni engagement and communication, and apply them to improve the university's efforts.
- Represent the university and its values in all communication efforts and interactions with alumni and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Communications, Marketing, Or Public Relations, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Communication Plans For Alumni And Advancement Initiatives.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders, Including Alumni, Donors, And University Leadership.
