Texas State University is seeking an organized, customer-service focused individual to join our team as the Coordinator - Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our students and staff. You will need to be able to work independently and in a team setting, multitask and prioritize to ensure the timely delivery of services.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with diverse populations.
