Coordinator, Alumni Relations

The Texas State University Alumni Relations team is looking for a Coordinator who is passionate about engaging with our University’s alumni. As a Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with our alumni and showcase the great work that takes place at our University. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and organizational skills, an understanding of the importance of building relationships and a background in alumni relations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field • At least two years of experience in alumni relations, public relations, marketing, or a related field • Ability to work with a diverse range of alumni • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
