Associate VP - Donor Engagement

The Texas State University is seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Vice President of Donor Engagement to join our team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing successful donor engagement strategies to increase overall philanthropic support for the University. The successful candidate will possess a combination of proven leadership, management, and relationship building skills and have a deep understanding of the donor engagement process. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the mission and values of Texas State University and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly creative environment.The required qualifications for this position include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field of study, a minimum of five years of experience in donor engagement and/or fundraising, and demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful donor engagement strategies. Additionally, a master’s degree in a related field of study and a proven track record of successful donor engagement campaigns are highly desirable.
