  5. Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other university events.
  6. Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in elementary education.

  9. Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and educational organizations.
  10. Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a passion for teaching.
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities and continuously strive to improve teaching methods.
  12. Work closely with the department chair and other faculty members to ensure the success of the elementary education program.
  13. Represent the university and the elementary education program at conferences and other professional events.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree In Elementary Education Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Teaching Experience At The Elementary Level.

  • Demonstrated Record Of Scholarly Research And Publications In The Field Of Elementary Education.

  • Experience In Curriculum Development And Implementation At The Elementary Level.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Students, Faculty, And Staff.
