- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly designs that align with Tesla's brand and aesthetic.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Work closely with the EHS&S team to ensure that all designs comply with safety and sustainability standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Act as a user advocate, constantly seeking ways to improve the user experience.
- Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.
- Embody Tesla's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, Preferably In The Automotive Or Technology Industry.
Proficiency In Ux Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Knowledge Of Ehs&S (Environment, Health, Safety, And Sustainability) Principles And Their Application In Product Design.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Including Engineers, Product Managers, And Other Designers.
