Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business, Or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Fast-Paced Production Environment, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience With Implementing Process Improvements.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Make Quick And Effective Decisions In High-Pressure Situations.
