As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs for our manufacturing employees.   1. Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing employees in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources for employees.
  3. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all employees receive necessary training.
  4. Monitor and track employee training progress and provide regular reports to management.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  6. Conduct training sessions and facilitate group discussions to ensure understanding and retention of material.
  7. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in training methods to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
  9. Communicate with employees and management to ensure training needs are met and address any questions or concerns.
  10. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee certifications.
  11. Assist with onboarding new employees and provide ongoing support for their training needs.
  12. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with company goals and values.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize training processes and procedures.
  14. Uphold and promote a positive and inclusive work environment, reflecting the values and mission of Tesla.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations and ensure training materials reflect current safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Or Operations Management.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training Coordination Or Related Roles In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience In Implementing Training Programs To Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
