- Conduct thorough and accurate testing of Tesla vehicle antenna systems.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues with the antenna systems.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for new and existing antenna designs.
- Utilize advanced testing equipment and techniques to ensure the reliability and performance of the antenna systems.
- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in antenna testing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on testing progress and results.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on antenna system design for improved performance.
- Maintain a safe and organized testing environment.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on testing procedures and techniques.
- Support field testing and validation of vehicle antenna systems when needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new antenna technologies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of components used in the antenna systems.
- Adhere to all company and industry safety standards and regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Testing Antennas And Over-The-Air Communication Systems.
Proficiency In Using Rf Test Equipment Such As Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, And Signal Generators.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Protocols For Wireless Communication, Such As Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, And Lte.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Antenna And Rf Issues.
