  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for factory operations and production processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability efforts in the automotive industry.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize factory operations and increase efficiency.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  5. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and advancements in factory planning.
  7. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  8. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  9. Communicate project status and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions related to factory planning and operations.
  11. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in factory operations.
  13. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track and measure the success of factory planning initiatives.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in factory planning.
  15. Travel to different factory locations as needed to oversee project implementation and provide support.
