  1. Lead the development of Tesla's Cell Tabless technology.
  2. Work closely with a team of engineers and researchers to drive the innovation and advancement of the technology.
  3. Identify and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  6. Manage risks and issues, and proactively identify and resolve any potential roadblocks.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure project objectives are being met.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  10. Serve as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to project team members.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electric vehicle technology.
  12. Represent Tesla at conferences, events, and meetings related to the Cell Tabless technology.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, including research and development, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of the technology.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and provide mentorship and support to team members.
  15. Uphold Tesla's values and promote a culture of innovation, excellence, and sustainability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Technical Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management In The Automotive Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Battery Technology.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Electric Vehicle Battery Cells And Their Components, As Well As Their Integration Into Vehicle Systems.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects, Including Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Project Budgets And Timelines.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Engineers, Suppliers, And Customers.
