Job Description

Tesla is looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Systems Optimization-Road Trip Test Engineer to join our team. As a Systems Optimization-Road Trip Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a road trip test plan to measure, monitor and improve the overall performance of Tesla vehicles. We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of vehicle systems optimization and the ability to collaborate with other teams to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering and/or test engineering. Additionally, they will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to take on new tasks and adapt quickly. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
