Supply Operations Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Supply Operations Analyst to join the Tesla team. This role is critical to our success and requires a creative, analytical and organized professional who is passionate about driving process improvement and achieving results.The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a track record for success in a fast-paced environment. They must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as a part of a cross-functional team. The Supply Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to provide key insights and recommendations on supply chain processes and performance. They will be responsible for gathering data and analyzing trends, developing process improvements and leading projects to ensure that all supply chain operations are running efficiently and effectively. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics• Excellent problem-solving skills• Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Experience with process improvement and project management• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Project, etc.)• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize work• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
