- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to support the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment for electrical construction projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast project needs and develop procurement plans.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms, and manage vendor relationships.
- Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for materials and equipment procurement.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, aging, and obsolescence.
- Work closely with engineering and construction teams to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in supply chain management and apply them to improve processes and operations.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably Within The Electrical Construction Industry.
Experience Working With International Suppliers And Managing Global Supply Chains.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
