  1. Oversee supplier industrialization and development for raw materials and plastics in accordance with Tesla's sustainability mission.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials are delivered on time and at a competitive cost.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of supplier capabilities and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
  5. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in raw materials and plastics to inform sourcing decisions.
  7. Work closely with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards for materials.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure clear expectations and requirements are understood.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers on supplier industrialization best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Industrialization, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Raw Materials And Plastics Manufacturing Processes.

  • Experience In Conducting Supplier Audits And Ensuring Compliance With Quality Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Suppliers.
